HOW DOES THE BILLING WORK?
Once you purchase your first month, you’ll lock-in that price for life! You’ll then receive an email from me with a link and invitation to join the group. At the beginning of your second month, you’ll then receive a recurring invoice that will be automatically billed on the same day of every month. Just make sure you check to keep your card on file!
CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
You can cancel your membership up until the day before your next scheduled payment, which will be on the same day of every month as your first payment. Requests for membership cancelations can be sent to tresa@socialmediamanagement-wi.com during normal business hours (8am – 5pm). Any emails received after normal business hours will still result in a charge and will not be considered proper notice.
WILL MY PAYMENT BE SECURE?
Yes! All payments are handled through Square via secure checkout. Once you set your account up for automatic payment, you will not be asked for your credit card information again.
IS THIS CONTENT STRICTLY GEARED TOWARDS BUSINESS PAGES?
No! This content is versatile and can be used for your business pages, personal pages, communities, groups and more! No matter where you publish information or want to create an engaged community/audience, the content from this group can be used.
HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO ALL OF THESE RESOURCES?
All of the resources for furthering your business on social media will be available in the files section of the group! Not only will you have access to all the upcoming content, but you’ll also have access to all of the content published before you even joined! You will also get access to all of the previously published content inspiration, social media tips, and social media updates under the popular topics section!!!
HOW LONG WILL ALL OF THIS CONTENT BE AVAILABLE?
Content will not have an expiration date! Once the content is live, it will not be deleted. You can cycle back through content as often as you’d like, without any limitations. You will have access to the content for as long as you remain a member of the community!
WHAT KIND OF CONTENT WILL BE PUBLISHED?
Inspiration, challenges, and encouragement for publishing content or creating posts on your pages will be published daily! Social media tips, tricks, and dos & donts will be shared every few days and LIVE Q&As or LIVE Social Media Trainings will be published weekly!
HOW CAN I ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMMUNITY?
You can be an active member of this community be contributing to conversations and discussions regularly, by posting questions weekly under the Social Media Questions topics for our weekly Q&As, and by sharing any information you feel is useful to the group, as well as bringing your questions for social media to the community!
IS PARTICIPATION REQUIRED?
Participation is NOT required. Whether or not you choose to be an active member in the community is entirely up to you. In order to get the most out of your membership, and therefore the most for your business, it is strongly encouraged to check in to the group daily for inspiration and encouragement for publishing content to your business and personal pages!
